This concept focuses on the discontent feeling of our lives being absorbed by a portal to a hyperreal world slowly losing the essence of ourselves as we struggle to distinguish the real from the not real. Eventually becoming nothing but data, becoming more than human.
Increased efficiency in the virtual world has inspired a survivalist aesthetic that emanates the collection; looking at general outdoor wear and performance fabrics which inspired key garments and details such as hoods, statement jackets and a ‘no bags’ approach to storage.
Adjustable designs are key as we live in a world changing faster than ever with no signs of slowing down, creating a multi-styling element to the garments.
